Engineering Work
Infinity Lines provides on‑site and remote engineering support that keeps electrical power, networking, and endpoint systems reliable, compliant, and safe. The team combines preventive maintenance, rapid incident response, and standards‑driven documentation so critical operations run without disruption and audits pass first time.
Scope of work
-
Power and electrical: LT/HT panels, UPS/DG integration, ATS/AMF testing, earthing/grounding verification, load balancing, harmonics and power‑quality checks, and thermography for hot‑spot detection.
-
IT and infrastructure: rack‑and‑stack, structured cabling, switching/firewall setup, Wi‑Fi surveys, server/VM builds, backup/DR runbooks, and endpoint hardening.
-
Equipment commissioning: installation, calibration, safety interlocks, acceptance testing, and handover with checklists and training.
-
Preventive maintenance: SOP‑based inspections, cleaning, torque checks, firmware/patch cycles, battery health, and spares planning.
-
Troubleshooting and repairs: fault isolation, root‑cause analysis, interim risk controls, permanent fix implementation, and post‑incident review.
-
Compliance and safety: LOTO procedures, PPE adherence, method statements, risk assessments, and audit‑ready logs.
Process we follow
-
Site assessment: asset discovery, health and risk scoring, and prioritized action plan.
-
Execution: scheduled PM, controlled changes, and documented fixes with rollback paths.
-
Verification: QA checks, sign‑offs, and knowledge transfer to site teams.
-
Reporting: weekly MIS on incidents, MTTR/uptime, patch and backup status, open risks, and improvement actions.
